Robert Half Accounting Finance is working with a global firm who is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to the team. The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate would have 5+ years experience working in or supporting a professional service business, have excellent organization and communication skills, understand deadlines and must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Additional Job Information: Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Access. Prepare packages and proposals. Complete industry forms/packages and related documents. Adhere to strict deadline schedules. Experience reviewing project lead databases.
