Job Description:The OPS Senior Clerk position is responsible for fulfilling the administrative efforts associated with supporting a team of care coordinators. Role includes but not limited to: preparing client correspondence, update electronic medical records, process medical record requests, making appointments, managing outbound mail, distribute in-bound electronic faxes, and answering phone calls.

Agency History:Children's Medical Services (CMS) is a division of the Florida Department of Health. CMS began over 80 years ago as "Florida Crippled Children Hospital". Over the years CMS evolved into comprehensive care coordination and now a managed care plan for children and adolescents with special healthcare needs.

Salary and Benefits - OPS (Other Personnel Services):o HOURLY SALARY: $13 per houro INSURANCE: Certain State Group Insurance benefits (must meet eligibility requirements).
